6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned or replaced within the defined return window, subject to seller policy and product condition. Refunds are processed securely through approved payment channels.

7. Payments & Transactions

D-Town Market supports secure payment methods including UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking. We do not store sensitive payment details on our platform.

8. Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide genuine products and accurate information.
• Maintain timely order fulfilment.
• Ensure ethical and professional business practices.
• Cooperate in returns, support, and dispute resolution.

9. Prohibited Activities

Fake orders, fraud, abusive behavior, intellectual property violations, spam, platform manipulation, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, logos, content, visuals, technology, and marketplace assets are protected intellectual property owned or licensed by D-Town Market.

11. Limitation of Liability

D-Town Market shall not be held liable for indirect losses, third-party actions, delivery delays, technical interruptions, or damages beyond reasonable operational control.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Asansol, West Bengal.
