Order Cancellation Policy
For Customers
You may cancel your order before it is shipped, without any penalty.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may opt for a return post-delivery.
Refund for prepaid orders will be initiated within 2–3 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Non-Cancellable Orders:
Orders marked “Non-Cancellable” at the time of purchase.
Custom or Made-to-Order products.
Bulk orders exceeding ₹10,000 or from promotional campaigns.
How to Cancel:
1.Log in to your account
2.Go to My Orders
3.Select the order → Click Cancel Order (if eligible)
Return Policy
7-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns are applicable only if: - You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item - Product differs significantly from the description - There is a size mismatch (fashion category)
Return Process:
1.Visit My Orders → Select the item → Tap Return
2.Choose reason and upload clear product images (if required)
3.Our team will schedule a pickup within 2–4 working days
4.Product undergoes a quality check at warehouse
5.Refund or replacement is processed within 5–7 business days
Important Conditions:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging
Free gifts, if any, must be returned
Items should be returned in the condition received
Non-Returnable Categories
Some products are marked “Non-Returnable” due to hygiene and safety reasons: - Perishable items (food, groceries) - Personal hygiene products (innerwear, cosmetics, toiletries) - Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Refund Methods
Refunds are processed via: - Original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Cards) - D-Town Wallet (optional for quicker credit)
Misuse & Fraud Prevention
To maintain a fair environment: - Multiple or false return claims may lead to account restrictions - Deliberate damage or misuse of the return policy may result in permanent blacklisting
