This upcoming weekend is going to be a busy one for dtownMARKET and its loyal customers. We will be setting up on Friday May 18th AND Sunday May 20th. AND this weekend marks the 1st birthday of dtownMARKET. Can you believe it? We’ve been around for a whole year? It definitely went by quickly for me, but dtown has grown a lot in a year, and I hope you come check it out for yourself…
On Friday May 18th we will be partnering with Moshi Moshi, to once again participate in Third Friday Durham at the Golden Belt. You can find Mosh Moshi next to LabourLove Gallery. We are very excited to participate in this monthly artwalk especially because we get to be in a such a beautiful and trendy space! (See us from 7pm-9pm: 807 East Main Street #2, Durham, NC (919) 564-1272)
For our second location you will once again find us at our usual spot, the MotorKokyu Bloody Brunch at Motorco Music Hall (423 Rigsbee Ave). We will be in the showroom this week which means we’ll have tons of space and vendors! Food, Music, Drinks, fashion, art, and more…….YESSSSS! The B-side Project will be playing at 2:30 in the Garage Bar, so definitely don’t miss that.
I also just want to say thank you to everyone who comes out to see us and have a good time with us. Motorco has been an awesome venue and friend to dtownMARKET and we’re very thankful that they have given us a space to meet all of you and hang out while showing all of the diverse art that the Durham community produces! Also we’re so happy to have a new partner in Moshi Moshi, they have been great, and we love working with them!!!
